This is a really solid phone for the money, and it competes well with similar offerings from Motorola and others. That's why I think the Galaxy A6 makes for a great teen phone, or something for someone who doesn't want all the bells and whistles.
The HTC U12+ could have been a real hit: it offers a classic and chic design, no notch, no more buttons and two dual cameras. In the end, however, it's still a few small points away from being a completely impressive device.
The Galaxy A6+ misses out on core features that define a mid-range Samsung phone in 2018. There really isn't any reason to consider the device when there are much better alternatives available at the same price point.
